SEMINAR at MA programme (UNED): Presentation of syllabus, Project and screening

Facultad de Humanidades (Dpt of Filologías Extranjeras y sus Lingüísticas) of UNED (Spain) hosted a presentation of the project and introduction towards the Film Analysis as part of a Seminar within its Master Programme. Project Leader Ana Manzanas introduced the Film Analysis (Syllabus) and screened the short film “Biography of an American Hostess”, directed by Shilpa Sunthankar. Later, Project Member Viorica Patea delivered a key lectured around the concepts of hospitality and humility in T.S. Eliot’s poetry. The seminar was closed by another key lecture by Dr. Ana Manzanas on borders and hospitality in Alejandro Iñárritu’s Babel . The event was broadcasted live on UNED TV.
