Film Series, Session II

On November 26, 2018, Cines Van Dyck (Salamanca) in collaboration with the University of Salamanca presented the second session of the film series Hospitalidad en el cine europeo, organized by the Hostfilm Project. The session was attended by well over 150 people. Prof. Jorge Diego opened the session with an introduction to Iram Haq’s Hva vil folk si (Eng., What Will People Say; Sp. El viaje de Nisha), followed by a lively discussion after the film. The next session will take place on December 16, and will present the Finnish film Toivon tuolla puolen (Eng., The Other Side of Hope; Sp. El otro lado de la esperanza). The session will be conducted by Research Assistant Paula Barba (University of Salamanca).
